Origin

Albori Monocultivar is obtained solely from Peranzana olives, a fine cultivar found mainly in a small territory in the north of Puglia. It is characterized by low acidity and a high polyphenol concentration. The oil is fruity, medium, and gentle. At the same time, it has a strong character and personality. It is yellow, enhanced by light greenish reflections, boasts intense vegetal scents of artichoke and is slightly citrusy with a pleasant spiciness of green chili.
