The Arbequina blend is grown and milled on our farm in Sonoma County. It has fresh floral aromas, banana, sweet fennel and hints of walnut. The round texture is typical of our Arbequina oils. This harvest has flavors of macadamia nut, stone fruit, green fig and fresh herbs. It has very little bitterness and is slightly robust. It is a unique blend of Arbequina, Empeltre, Leccin de Seville, Hojiblanca, Picual and Manzanilla olives. CCOF-certified organic. COOC-certified extra virgin.
