We cultivate Pendolino, Istarska bijelica and Leccino olives in the characteristic rich red soils of Istria. We pick our olives mostly by hand and partly with a hand vibration machine. We don’t treat the trees or soil with chemicals at all. We are in the progress of becoming certified organic. We want to stand up for nature and believe our extra virgin olive oil does just this.
