Cosmos is organic and biodynamic Arbequina extra virgin olive oil. It is an early-season oil (harvested in October) and milled on flower day following the biodynamic calendar. It is a green oil with a fruity taste, medium bitterness, and a spicy touch. On the palate, you can appreciate the aromas of the leaf, artichoke, almond, green walnut, tomato plant and subtle green pepper. The oil has a pleasant density and unctuousness.
