Cuvée Ardente is a green and fruity extra virgin olive oil. Ardente olives are harvested at the beginning of November and pressed immediately. On the nose, the pure fruit juice obtained has sublime scents of greenery and green pepper. In the mouth, the EVOO is very smooth and coats the palate well. These are followed by notes of raw artichokes and green bananas. At the back of the mouth, a delicate spiciness completes the tasting.
