The Domaine de Gerbaud BIO AOP Provence is a medium-green highy aromatic olive oil blended from Aglandau, Salonenque and Grossane varieties. This blend has a pronounced nose and full-mouth sensations with rich herbaceous aromas, and sweet almond and hazelnut flavors. A small quantity of Aglandau ensures that the taste sensation of this olive oil finishes with a delicate bitterness and intensity.
