Eva Marija Premium is obtained exclusively from the fruits of Oblica and Levantinka olives. The EVOO is marked by fresh fruitiness and the scent of freshly cut grass and olive leaves. Artichokes, arugula, bitter almonds and complex green vegetable notes dominate the taste. Spicyness and bitterness are well balanced. The oil is harmonized and perfectly balanced.
