Origin

This extra virgin olive oil is made from 100 percent Frantoio olives. The trees grow in calcareous and clay-rich soil at an altitude ranging between 200 and 400 meters above sea level. Harvesting is done mechanically, and the olives are pressed within 12 hours of picking. The oil is extracted using a continuous cold cycle in an oxygen-free environment, followed by filtration and packaging. Annual production reaches 30 quintals, with the oil bottled in 500 ml and 250 ml bottles.
