Our family's mill, Almazara Andres Aguilar in Linares, creates October EVOOs of the highest caliber for the MillPress brand. The mill specializes in very early harvest green fruit crushed under optimal conditions while keeping fruit temperatures as low as possible. Each cultivar is processed in our state-of-the-art Pieralisi milling machines and filtered immediately after crushing.
