The Minerva blend EVOO is grown and milled on our farm in Sonoma County. It is a highly aromatic oil with hints of fresh green grass, artichoke and pine nuts. It has persistent flavors of stone fruit, green almond, green tea and a bright white pepper finish. This oil has one of our highest polyphenol counts and is medium-bodied and medium pungent. It is made from Minerva, Frantoio and Maurino olives with a touch of Cerasoula and Ladoelia. CCOF-certified organic. COOC-certified extra virgin.
