Flavor Notes

Origin

Oro Bailen Hojiblanca is medium-high fruity green EVOO with ripe notes of fresh fruits. The vegetable tones of artichoke, tomato, apple and green banana stand out, with hints of flowers and wild plants, such as fennel, peppermint and blackberry. In the mouth, it is elegant and sweet, reminiscent of the aromas perceived in the nose. It is slightly bitter and spicy toward the end of throat. It has a medium structure and is very balanced.
