Picholine blend is grown and milled on our farm in Sonoma County. It is bright with savory aromas of sea salt, fresh grass, pear skin and hints of fresh herbes de Provence. Flavors include green apple, artichoke, radicchio, walnut and arugula. The finish is spicy and medium pungent. The oil is medium robust and a blend of Picholine with Aglandau, Bouteillian, Solonenque, Grossane and Cayon. It has the highest level of polyphenols of our oils. CCOF-certified organic. COOC-certified extra virgin.
