Origin

Sant' Angelica is a small artisan organically run olive farm with 900 trees in Capalbio - the unspoilt Maremma region of Tuscany that overlooks the Tyrrhenian Sea. The olives are harvested early, handpicked and pressed within hours of collection. Four indigenous Tuscan varieties of olives are used – Morella, Frantoio, Pendolino and Horn Leccini – resulting in a vibrant, intense and fragrant oil with a burst of peppery greenness.
