Tropicual De Sierra EVOO is farmed in mountainous terrain with difficult climatic conditions and special conservation. The centenary olive trees are traditionally and sustainably farmed. The olives are harvested early and milled following strict protocols to produce an intense and pungent extra virgin olive oil with green aromas and high polyphenol content. The packaging is inspired by the flora and fauna of the orchard.
