Flavor Notes

Origin

Velzur is a PDO Colli Orvietani extra virgin olive oil carefully crafted with a blend of Moraiolo, Leccino, and Frantoio olives, cold-pressed within hours of harvest to preserve its freshness and complexity. The name Velzur is inspired by Velzna, the ancient name of Orvieto, and the Etruscan word "eisur," meaning "divine." The EVOO is bold and fruity with a peppery finish. Expect vibrant notes of freshly cut grass, artichoke, olive leaf, lemon and almonds, with a distinctive touch of spice.
