Its flavor allows us to enjoy the complexity of green and aromatic nuances of this freshly squeezed juice of Hojiblanca olives. Its entrance into the mouth is sweet, appreciating the anterior part of the olive leaf and the herbaceous notes. Then, going to the back, you can feel the bitterness and artichoke with a very persistent, intense and pungent finish.
